Have these handy when you call
- Where the truck starts and where it finishes, both stops anywhere in the DFW Metroplex
- Roughly when you want it done, and whether that timing flexes for spring storms, a closing at the title company, or the move hours your Frisco or Plano HOA allows
- The room count at each end, plus a garage, an attic, or any rented locker that piles onto the job
- How crews get in: a Victory Park high-rise asking for a COI and a held service lift, a fenced Las Colinas neighborhood that hands out an entry code, or a Knox-Henderson unit three flights up with no elevator
- Anything heavy or awkward, picture a baby grand, a fold-out couch, a gun safe, or a rowing machine
