As a rule, an answer reaches you before sixty minutes pass — free of charge, nobody pushing a sale, no quiet fees creeping in further on. Whatever gets sent stays with Angel Van Lines here in Dallas and travels nowhere past the Dallas office.

Few DFW suburbs swing as far in a single day as Irving. Off TX-114 and I-635, the Las Colinas towers and the Williams Square horses rise along the canals, while South Irving stays low and settled with mid-century streets and shade-lined drives. Angel Marquez founded Angel Van Lines in 2013, and his bilingual Dallas crew lives in that contrast, often booking a reserved freight car in a Las Colinas high-rise the same week as a porch carry on an older South Irving block. Working this close to DFW Airport, the crew plans around the corridor traffic as a matter of habit. Every job, top to bottom, is run on Angel trucks by Angel employees, with nothing passed to another carrier.

The Irving plan depends on which Irving you live in

A canal-side high-rise and a South Irving bungalow ask for almost nothing in common, so we sort out which one you have and build the morning around it.

  • Las Colinas and Williams Square towers: the freight elevator is reserved for your window, the COI goes to the management office, and the dock sign-in is set before your date.
  • Canal-side townhomes and condos: shared entries and thin street parking near TX-114 mean we scout the truck’s spot first.
  • Older South Irving homes: tighter drives under shade trees, where the rig gets staged close and the path padded.
  • Airport-corridor traffic: I-635 near DFW moves fast and fills fast, so Angel sets an early start to clear the crawl and the heat.

What an Irving move runs, on paper before we wrap

Our own rigs, with movers on the Angel Van Lines payroll

  • Call and Angel or someone else here in Dallas picks up directly, not a leased call floor
  • The figure on your written estimate is the figure you settle at the curb, with no moving-day surcharge and no padded line items.
  • One Angel crew does the packing, the loading and the unloading the whole way through
  • Coverage of $1M rides beneath each load, while the COI for your tower or HOA office goes out that very day
  • Should anything slip, Angel personally goes over the claim, and it stays inside our Dallas office

× Broker chain

  • Hand the same details to a broker and they land on a call floor, then get auctioned to whichever bidder goes lowest.
  • A bill that balloons on delivery day with “extras” never named up front
  • Some unfamiliar rig rolls up carrying a crew of people you have never met
  • The COI and the building paperwork end up being your problem to chase down
  • Broken-item claims waved away with a “that was a different contractor” excuse

You hold a flat figure before a blanket leaves the truck. The bands: $400 to $640 for a studio, $640 to $1,040 for a one-bedroom, $1,040 to $1,720 for two bedrooms, $1,720 to $2,800 for three, and $2,750 to $4,350 for four. Watching the clock instead? Two movers $115/hr, three $160/hr, four $210/hr. A piano rides in the same total, $275 to $445 upright or $470 to $810 baby grand. Between closings, climate-controlled storage runs roughly $105 to $255 a month by size, keeping your things off the Texas heat.

A Las Colinas dock backing up is Angel’s headache, not an Irving add-on

The figure Angel hands over is the figure that holds. A jammed high-rise dock, a building slow to clear its insurance certificate, I-635 stacked up near the airport: each of those sits with us. Your load travels under $1M in cargo coverage with $0.60/lb released value as the default, full-value protection available on request, and a nine-month claim window after delivery.

Leaving Texas entirely from Irving? The same Angel crew that wraps a canal-side kitchen drives the route and carries it inside the new home, because our long-distance jobs run on our own equipment and our own people the whole way. No agent takes the load halfway there. Talk it through with Angel at (888) 711-4778.

What Irving families ask Angel up front

Our Las Colinas tower requires the freight elevator reserved and an insurance certificate before we can move. Does Angel Van Lines handle all of that?
Yes. The towers around Las Colinas and Williams Square off TX-114 are regular stops for us. Angel's office books your freight car for the slot you pick, writes the certificate to match the management office's wording, and arranges the dock sign-in ahead of your date, padding the car before the first box loads. Your Irving price is locked on paper, so a backed-up dock or a slow elevator stays on our side of the ledger.
We're in an older South Irving home with a narrow drive and shade trees out front. Can Angel Van Lines still move us cleanly?
Routine work for the crew. We study the drive in advance and choose the truck's spot for the shortest carry the lot allows, pad the entry and the path, and dismantle bulky pieces where a turn gets tight. A three-bedroom in South Irving generally comes in between $1,720 and $2,800 on a flat written rate, with that longer carry counted in up front instead of tacked on at the end.
Is Angel Van Lines a real Irving moving company, or does my job get farmed out?
A real company, and the job is ours from the first box to the last. Angel Van Lines is Texas-licensed and insured, USDOT/MC authority, founded in 2013 by Angel Marquez, who grew up in Dallas and works bilingual. From the Williams Square towers to a South Irving bungalow, every move runs on our trucks with W-2 movers we employ, nothing brokered or interlined. The team that prices your home is the team that arrives for it.
