angelvanlines.com is the site of Angel Van Lines, a Dallas mover with an office on N Central Expressway. We cover the whole DFW Metroplex and the longer hauls that run beyond Texas. Browsing these pages, or sending us a price request, means you accept everything written below.
Booking is free, and so is the quote
Finding out what your relocation will run is free, and the work hides no unexpected charges:
- Holding a date for you is free
- Drawing up the paperwork is free
- Not one percent gets skimmed off your invoice
- A single amount is owed, the locked binding-quote total, payable once that final box leaves the truck
You are contracting with the mover, not a middleman
Our own trucks show up at your door, every crew member is a W-2 employee on our payroll, and all the licensing is held under this name. No broker stands in the middle. The order goes like this: a request comes in from you, Vanessa puts together a single fixed price in writing and sends it back, you give the go-ahead, and from that moment the deal ties you solely to Angel Van Lines.

How your shipment is covered
Protection on every job begins at the federal baseline, and you can raise it to suit what you are sending.
| Coverage option | What you get |
|---|---|
| Released value | The federal default of $0.60 per pound, in place until you decide to upgrade |
| Full-value protection | Set between 1 and 3 percent, pegged to the worth you declare, the wiser pick when delicate or costly items are aboard |
Have a claim to submit? It comes to our N Central Expressway office, you get nine months to open it, and our own staff works it through instead of an outside firm.
The quoted number stands
Whatever your binding quote names is what rules the day.
- Should the job truly shift, with a room gained or lost, or on-site access proving different from your description, you will have a corrected number in hand before moving day.
- After the truck is unloaded, no further charge appears unless you signed off on it earlier.
Reserving a date and cancelling one
Putting a refundable hold down, anywhere from $100 to $200, secures your place on the calendar.
- Give about three days’ warning and you get the entire hold back
- Back out the day of, and we may retain part of it for crew hours that were blocked for you
Your printed quote settles any cancellation
The exact cancellation wording lives on the printout you receive, and that copy is what binds. This paragraph only sketches the typical situation; the document you print prevails.
The most we can owe
Where a job runs under a binding quote you have signed, our responsibility is held within several limits:
- The conditions written on the printed quote
- Any stretch crossing a state line falls under the federal household-goods regulation, namely 49 CFR § 375 plus the rules that follow
- Any stretch kept within Texas falls under the state moving statute
So far as the law allows, the cargo-coverage figure shown on the quote caps the total we can be asked to pay.
Filling the form out truthfully
As you complete the price request, we ask two things of you:
- Supply genuine details, the right ZIP codes, a real move date, and an inventory that lines up with reality.
- Leave out bot-driven or repeated submissions; whatever a script sends gets rejected.
We reserve the right to pass on a job wherever applicable law permits.
Information, not legal counsel
Everything we publish, this material plus the FAQ answers, the route writeups, and the neighborhood notes, is meant only as informal background about relocating and nothing past that. None of it replaces an attorney, a financial advisor, or a tax professional. Should your move involve probate, a divorce, or a business stake, talk first to a licensed professional who handles that area.
Letting us call and text you
Once the form goes through, Angel Van Lines may reach back out by phone, by email, or by automated text where that makes sense. Your wireless plan’s charges for texting and data could apply.
Stopping the messages
- Text STOP in reply and the messages end
- Phone (888) 711-4778

Changes to these terms
From time to time we rework this page, and each revision pushes the date at the top forward. Continuing to use the site stands as your agreement to whatever version is live.
